Roberto's a Secretary?

SPRING is here...and here's the LATEST.
First off, it is with a SAD heart that I put in my notice at Edu-prize. So many reason's and a lot of prayer finally lead me to this decision. I was going to try to stay and just teach Kinder art, but I realized that I needed to focus on my family. I also needed to stop trying to "finagle" everything around to keep teaching. It feels like a tremendous relief has been lifted and I can breathe. Those kids are so stinkin cute and I seriously have grown to love them. So much I think I'm a little protective about who will be filling my shoes. (They better be NICE) So now is the time that I need to finish potty training Maddie and get things around the house under control.
On to the other change. Robert has struggled with school this semester and we realized that it would be in his best interest to withdrawal to avoid the failing grade. UGH! So this means that it will push our goal even farther, but I know with all that going on, the dude needs a break.
Now on to Visiting teaching!! WE DID IT!!! 100 % baby!!! Go us!!
Kimberly started flute lessons this week and she loves it so far. She had to practice putting it to her lips and blowing into it so it makes..you know a flute sound. Sounds easy right? Well it was for her. I thought I was ALL bad and said, "let me try." Yep it took me quite a few tries before it would work for me. LOL . So I'm very excited to see her talent grow.
Lastly, I visited Sister Frison on Thursday with Ali Packard. It was such a bitter sweet visit. She is such an amazing woman. She's such a great testimony of strength and FAITH of someone who is 100% at peace with passing.
She always told me that she wanted me to meet her daughter because I reminded her of her daughter. I got to meet her on Thursday and YEP, it true. We are so alike it's scary. Ali thought that it would be neat to sing to her. So we sang, As Sister's in Zion and How Great Thou Art. I of course lost it a little bit as we sang to her with her daughter and sister in law.
She told me how much she loved my girls and that Lydia is such a sweet spirit. (Lydia adored her and Sis Frison was Lydia's most favorite and one of her most patient primary teachers.)

She told us that she was ready and excited for what is to come. She said that she loved the church and has been so grateful for the sisterhood and the gospel in her life. That was the point when I really lost it. We are so blessed to have the gospel in our lives and what a feeling and peace it is that we know that this is not the end. What an even greater blessing it is to feel the sisterhood that we have as a Relief Society.

Airborne's a FAKE!
Ok so just as I was posting in my previous post about me being sick and sipping Airborne, I was talking to Brian Gibbens and he tells me that there's a lawsuit because Airborne falsified their claims. YIKES!! Heres the article and the link to get a settlement if you purchased any of their products.
AIRBORNE. CSPI joined a lawsuit in California state court against the makers of Airborne, the best-selling cold "remedy" in the country. CSPI joined the lawsuit because there is no evidence that Airborne works, aside from the slight possible benefit from the Vitamin C in the product. Airborne is completely ineffective in preventing colds, as the company has claimed for years. The company agreed to settle the lawsuit, by refunding money to defrauded consumers out of a settlement fund of $23.3 million. After all claims of consumers and lawyer fees have been paid, any remaining amounts will go to charity. Separately, the Federal Trade Commission and state Attorneys General are investigating the same claims—those investigations are confidential but continuing.
UPDATE 2/08: Consumers seeking refunds for purchases of Airborne can obtain a claim form by writing to the Airborne Class Action Settlement Administrator, PO Box 1897, Faribault, MN 55021-7152, calling 1-888-952-9080, or by visiting www.AirborneHealthSettlement.com. As part of the settlement, the company will begin paying for ads in Better Homes & Gardens, Parade, People, Newsweek and many other magazines and newspapers instructing consumers how to get refunds.
