{Redemption & a Bride}

So I returned the swiped piece from the piano. Apparently it wasn't abandoned after all! LOL. The whole thing is kinda a funny story, ask me later if you'd like all the embarrassing details. The woman was also a photographer & totally understood that my intentions weren't bad. She was a super woman & an even more Ahhhmazing photographer. Check her out under Chea Lamb!!!!
On to the best part of this week!! Nope not my 30th Birthday on Saturday. My coolest friend ever, Heather, let me take pictures of her in her wedding dress!!! YIPEE!!! I was so darn giddy. I told her that I've never had the chance to photograph a bride so she filled for me. She even just moved in the past two weeks and she kept her dress out of storage. To top that off, the girl missed watching American Idol!!! Isnt she the bomb diggity?? Yep I think so!!! We had an issue with lighting toward the end, but they still look pretty awesome. It was so fun to do and I of course had to take her where?! The PIANO of course so off we went in Robbie's green truck with chair and ladder in tow. So here a sneak peeksie of some, and I just had to post the few that I edited at 1 am!!! Thank you sooooo much Heather for letting me take your pictures and helping me with ideas!! Love ya bunches!

Sweet Baby Ashlyn

*Sigh* there's nothing like holding a brand new baby! I was so darn excited to take pictures of my niece Ashlyn. She's about 3 weeks now and that little angel is so adorable. She was born with a birth defect, and I must admit we had never experienced anything like this in our family before, so it was going to be a learning experience for all of us. She's a beautiful and STRONG little girl and I was so honored to take her pictures. Here's a few that I've edited so far.









I also was able to take my nephew Justin's pictures yesterday as well. He is getting baptized on Saturday. I can't believe how much he has grown up. Unfortunately with yesterday's storm, my lighting isnt as good as I'd hope it would be. Man I need an external flash!! HA

Credit Card Fraud!

I just got a call from Visa saying that there was some suspicious charges on Robert's debit card. A charge for 259.00 dollars for a shoe store on Amazon. So there is now a hold on our account and we have to wait until tomorrow to get the money disputed. AHHHHHHHHHH! Dumb criminals!

{Piano }

So I'm soooo very excited at how fun these photo's turned out, that I'm posting a ton. I was seriously on a high after I took these. I want this piano..just to look at and restore!! HAHAHA!

Mother's Day

Don't you just love Mother's Day? The day that you can get out of EVERYTHING why? Because it's mother's Day of course. LOL You know...kid pooped their pants = Mother's Day. Cook dinner = Mother's Day. Get the kids ready for church = Mother's Day. Need a back rub = Mother's Day! HA..just kidding. My superific man made a wonderful breakfast for me this morning and I got to sleep in. That in itself (if you know me) is the BEST part of the day!!! Off to church where I was leading the primary kids for their Mother's Day song. HA HA HA!! A song that they didn't even know they were singing. Which I bombed!!! Well actually I just started them off late on the third verse. They sounded superb & I was so proud of them. I then subbed for the primary chorister and I didn't know some of the songs! I was so darn embarrassed. :) I really appreciate all the hard work that the presidency does for our kiddos and was happy to help out.
Then I got to do my MOST favoritist thing which was take pictures. I saw this piano out in the middle of no where and I've been wanting to go and take pictures of it. So I lovingly looked at my husband and asked if he'd care if we went and did that after church today. Once again take pictures of a junktified piano = Mother's Day!!! Tee hee hee! So off we went and it was LOVE LOVE LOVE at first sight! Almost as exciting as taking a babies picture. It was in perfect condition for the most part on the outside, except the front of the piano was missing and you could see the piano strings inside. BUT I then saw it in perfect condition on the ground. So off I snapped & fulfilled my little heart's desire.
Anyhoo, we then finished off playing games at the Gibbens, which is always super fun! (10 for 2 Twylla = renig!!! HAHAHAHAHA)

*Watermelon *Watermelon* Watermelon* YUM!

Ok I know I'm boring everyone with all the photos I've been posting of Maddie, but now I'm going to post even more! Dun dun dunnnn. I took her to the park and gave her watermelon to eat. You sooo cant go wrong with the natural colors of fruit. I love it!! She's so darn cute!

Accomplished

I got soooo much stuff done today and I have to say that I'm pretty gosh darn excited about it. First off was finishing Roberts graduation announcements.
So these are what I've been working on. I have to say that when it comes to picking out "manly" scrapbook paper, it IS NOT as easy at it may seem. This paper caught my eye immediately so I took a picture and sent it to Robert. As well as 2 other possibilities. He wasn't very enthusiastic about either of them. So I said give me a break dude, its either paisley's, flowers, polka dots or plain 'ole stripes!! HA. Anyways, I went with my gut and picked the Cosmo Cricket paper. So here's the final product. :)





On to my first experience making homemade rolls. I called up Deneigh because she has the best roll recipe. I do not of a Bosch or a Kitchen Aide, so this was going to be quite the adventure. Anyways so she gave me step by step instruction and WHOO HOO they turned out delicious o!!! We delivered some rolls to the Buhler's in our ward and our next door neighbor Bob. It was so fun to give our neighbor's fresh rolls straight from the oven. Here's me making rolls for the first time ever.

Introducing Ashlynn Renee

This is my newest niece to arrive to my brother Aaron's family. She came into the world last week with no other complications . She is such a beautiful baby and such a blessing to our family.
